Refund and Exchange Policies
DESIGN HOUSE REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
We are more than happy to consider an exchange or refund if you are unhappy with purchased items within 30 days of purchasing. We want you to love your jewelry and wear it!!
Customers may request a refund on products sold within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in original condition
- The item must not be damaged
- The item must be unworn
- All sale items are final sale and not eligible for a refund or exchange
If the above conditions are not met, we reserve the right to reject return and refund. Customers may request an exchange in lieu of a refund.

PERMANENT JEWELRY
Due to the custom nature of permanent jewelry, we do not offer returns or refunds. All sales are final.
CUSTOM JEWELRY DESIGN
All custom design jewelry pieces are final sale and not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Repairs
All repairs are final sale and not eligible for refunds.
GIFT GIVING
We understand gifts are not always given within 30 days of being purchased so if you were gifted a piece of jewelry that you'd like to consider returning or exchanging, please let us know.
GIFT CARDS
Gift cards are not eligible for refunds.
