Refund and Exchange Policies
DESIGN HOUSE REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
We are more than happy to consider an exchange or refund if you are unhappy with purchased items within 30 days of purchasing. We want you to love your jewelry and wear it!!
Customers may request a refund on products sold within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return the following conditions must be met:
- The item must not be damaged.
- The item must be unworn.
If the above conditions are not met, we reserve the right to reject return and refund. Customers may request an exchange in lieu of a refund.

Due to the custom nature of permanent jewelry, we do not offer returns or refunds. All sales are final.
We understand gifts are not always given within 30 days of being purchased so if you were gifted a piece of jewelry that you'd like to consider returning or exchanging, please let us know.
Gift cards are not eligible for refunds.
CUSTOM JEWELRY DESIGN
Custom jewelry is not included in our standard return and exchange policies. Any information about your custom jewelry piece must be managed directly with the owner, Linda, at (254) 717-7431 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
